When you use the contact form, this site receives the name, email address and message you choose to submit. The site domain, submission time and processing status are recorded so the submission can be managed.

How this information is used

The submitted information is used to receive and manage the message and to keep the form reliable. Submitting the form does not create a service agreement or guarantee a response.

Security and retention

Short-lived technical identifiers may be processed to limit automated or excessive submissions. Client IP addresses are not stored with contact submissions. Contact submissions are retained for up to 30 days and are then automatically deleted.

Other site features

This site does not enable accounts, payments, newsletters, analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and database infrastructure process only the information needed to deliver and secure the site.
